Rooted & Resourced is a therapeutic yoga retreat designed to help you feel grounded, balanced, empowered, and courageous in your life. Through an intentional exploration of the chakras starting from your root and progressing up to your heart, this retreat weaves together ancient wisdom and modern psychology.

Each day focuses on a specific energy center, exploring both its physical expression and its emotional and psychological themes. You’ll move through strong asana, restorative practices, and guided meditations. Alongside, you'll have the opportunity to participate in reflective exercises, gentle inquiry, and group processing to support emotional wellness. Together, these practices help you build resilience, self-trust, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to yourself.
